What's goin' on?
Daren and Sara feel God's leading to attend Convergence School of Supernatural Ministry in Fort Worth, TX for the 2010-2111 school year. Daren has been asked to come back for the 2011-2012 school year as an intern, sowing into the next year of world changers! Sara will continue to homeschool our 3 boys and be involved through Worship Track and outreaches at CSSM. Below are some of the things we are involved with through CSSM.
*Summer 2011 Mission Trip to Mozambique/South Africa
Sara has the amazing opportunity to minister with Georgian and Winnie Banov (Global Celebration) and Rolland and Heidi Baker (Iris Ministries) for 2 weeks in Mozambique and South Africa! She will bring the love of Jesus and minister to a war torn and AIDS ravaged country through prayer, healing, worship, feeding the poor, and lots and lots of hugs! This is a dream come true for her! *Spring 2011 Mission Trip to Thailand
We went to Pattaya, Thailand, to minister for 10 days in March/April. We brought the love of Jesus to those trapped in the human/sex trafficking industry there. Pattaya is a city of 70,000 people with 20,000 involved in prostitution. Around 2,000,000 tourists visit Pattaya every year. Read testimoies we witnessed and watch videos of our trip here. *Adopt-A-Block
Similar to what we did in Slidell, LA, once a week Daren and the boys are involved in an outreach to minister in a high risk neighborhood with the love of Jesus and watching Him transform lives.
*Freedom for the Captives
Once a week Sara is involved in an outreach aimed at bringing freedom to those involved in the sex-trafficking industry which is very prevalent in Fort Worth, TX.
*Helping Our Widows
Once a month our family is involved in an outreach helping widows in whatever needs they have.
*Conference staff and prayer team
Approximately once a month Daren and Sara help with conferences at Convergence Church.
*Open Door Ministries
Once a month our family is involved in an outreach providing food and prayer to those in need.
